Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
Ready-to-wear items can be returned within 14 days in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided they are unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with the tags attached.
We do take pictures of the product before packaging the customer’s order.
Discretionary international returns may incur a 20% restocking fee.
