- Confirmation from Our Team
Once we receive your enquiry, we will check product availability and get back to you within 24 hours. You’ll be informed about stock status, sizing options, and whether any customisation is possible for the product you’ve selected.
- Custom Fit Requirement Form (If Applicable)
If your chosen design requires a tailored fit, we will send you a Custom Measurement Form. This form allows you to provide your exact measurements, ensuring your garment fits you perfectly. Guidance will be provided to help you fill it accurately.
- Order Approval (If Applicable)
After we receive your measurements or any additional custom details, we will share a detailed summary of your order for your approval. You will have the opportunity to confirm that all aspects—from design to size—meet your expectations before proceeding to payment.
- Secure Payment
Once you’re happy with the order details, you will receive a secure payment link. We accept payments via PayPal or Square, ensuring your transaction is safe and protected. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- Receive Your Order

- Kindly note: Some of our garments are made with rich fabrics and layered with cancan, making them relatively heavy. This can affect shipping charges and delivery durations.
